I got banned falsely

I was playing yesterday on AMG server and there was a guy who having 60 kills and 0 deaths. Some people in game including some random player in my squad complaint to admin (there was one admin too in game i don't remember his name) that guy was cheating as its obvious from kills 60 K and 0 Death. admin said report that player or spec him. one guy said to admin that you can spec him its your job as admin (But that admin responded in disrespected way and said "stfu let me play there are many admins online you can report them"  to that player) that's where I jumped in and very politely said to that admin please don't disrespect others please it give bad impression. Its your duty that if players are complaining about some thing you should look into the matter rather than escalating things. or you could simple say " we got your report and we will see" but that admin keep arguing with people in game saying its not free server we paying for this that"

in nut shell people want admin to review that guy with 60 kills and 0 death but admin was trying to play so he fed up with people calling him in chat but this doesn't mean he start disrespecting people. there are many ways to handle situation. well talk continues and last admin raged and start saying to "Leave the game " to players and in mean time i type " Bro firs you saying people to stfu and now you saying leave the game being admin that's not suit you calm down

next step what he did he banned me from all servers
i want to ask that are such kind of people deserve to be admin? i mean one on higher positions (as admin) must respect others in polite better way must tolerate! disciplinary action should be taken against such people (Abusing and saying stfu to other people in game and saying them to leave because they saying you have a look into some issue is seems out of mind)

Kindly review this request and unban me as i don't use any abusive language or hacks i was just banned because i was telling admin not to insult people.

Currently i am not having screen shoot of chat because i am new to this kind of report and also this forum link was given to me by some admin on discord

I myself have had to deal with you before, Now let me break it down for you.

Rycvjk is a regular in our server and our admins have spent hours and hours and hours and hours spectating, recording and deliberating over wether he is a "cheater". and every admin is in agreement he is not a cheater.

This is something not only ive told you myself when you have complained but also something the admin in question yesterday explained. Now you have been told this upmost of 10 times. when you suspect a cheater report it via our discord or website, the reason being is if someone is cheating and someone writes in chat "this guy rycvjk cheats!" now if he was cheating and knew someone was coming to spectate him surely he would just turn them off? Thus our admin has to waste his/her time watching a player doing nothing wrong for 30-40 minutes. and with the fact BF in general has so many cheating issues our admins get barely any time to ACTUALLY PLAY. Now the thing is this has been explained why you should report on discord time and time again but you dont seem to get the message you have no idea how stupid it makes you look when you have been told dont do something 10+ times yet CONTINUE to do it.

If you suspect someone of cheating spectate record send it to us. We are all about making the servers as clean as possible but are not prepared to ban someone based of your or anyone elses word. we need footage/proof. Imagine how bad it would make us look if we just said "JoJo, told us you were hacking so we banned you" "Any proof?" "No" the same could apply to you. "JoJo is cheating" "Ok we will ban" Again..this is why we take proof/evidence.

You also mentioned that it is our "job" i can not tell you how disrespectful this is to us. First of we dont earn a penny for ourselves. We VOLUNTEER. all donations,tips whatever money we get of the community goes on the servers,events,website,discord bots, our assetto corsa server etc the leaders nor the admins take a single penny for themselves. so no it is not our "job".

When you were asked what did he kill you with? you said "hes an assault" Rycvjk tends to go on a horse....he steals it and uses it. thats it. thats why he was an assault.

You were banned because you didnt bother reporting , didnt bother spectating and being really disrespectful. Maybe now you can realise just how stupid you have been.

Also...Rycvjk is clean...Hes just good.

Look first of all i didnt say its your job yes the other guy keep saying that his tag was REKT i just said you dont use word like stfu. you asked me once i told you that from how far he hit me in last game. In next game you keep arguing with other guys and i keep saying leave it just quite. and i didn't disrespect you in any way. currently you still blaming me that how stupid i am? wawo seriously nice choice of words. same thing happen yesterday that you get escalated on this stuff if you having screen shoots you can post lets see who was disrespectful me or you. 2ndly ok he is clean then you can quite and ignore what other saying but you keep arguing with them. dont take it personal but you are deficient in dealing with verity of peoples. haven't seem such raged admin in my life

And please, specify the "and abusive words" if you can.

The admin also told you he has been spec'd on numerous occasions by, lets be honest, nearly all the admins, and they found him to be legit.... 10's of hours of spectating by all, on ONE player
He also told you to report and posted the link telling you that 15+ admins were online and they would get pinged in discord.
He also said you can go spectate at any time to see how Ryczjvk played so well.
He also said you can record and post your findings on AMG discord.
He also said that player was a regular on the server and plays nearly all his games here and, again, has been spec'd many times.
He can only do so much to make you understand..... and yet you continued to hackusate in chat.....you DIDN'T put in a report, you DIDN'T spectate, you continued to(basically what amounts to) troll.
And after 15+ mins of saying report, spectate, record, he's legit, been spec'd many hours already, blah blah blah... yes... he also said if you don't like it then leave the server.
If you can't understand or believe an admin when he says he's legit and just a very good player ....then that server (that the accused plays on) is maybe not the place for you tbh.


P.S... calling out potential hackers in main chat is maybe NOT the best thing to do.... hackers can read (amazingly) and may turn cheats off when called out.....hence the repeated requests made to USE THE REPORT!!!
If a hacker WAS in the server and saw an admin leave when he is called out.... he just may turn any hacks off.

See how it works? It really IS that simple.



And when you say "lol, why you not just respect others " after earlier telling me its admins job, not ours..... you tell me.... who doesn't get respected for what they do for the community.

So you just play on, safe in the knowledge that admins from community servers have spectated and banned thousands of hackers in BF1 alone FOR community servers.... just for you to say "Its your duty that if players are complaining about some thing you should look into the matter".... we are already on it   and it's all free of charge.

i agree he fed up but being an admin this type of behavior suits him? there are many ways to handle the situations point is he handled the entire situation wrongly (you didnt notice that i said that too "ok leave it let it go just play" )

when admin was arguing with other people i also told him and others to stop and keep playing he didn't told you that? i tried to stop that escalation.

i don't know why you keep backing him up he not handle the situation properly that's the point and ban he provided is also due to his ego. when you dealing with public you have to be calm and find alternative route " oh wait you telling me that i said this and that then you might know that i said to admin this too while he was arguing with other players "finish the issue you can end this by saying we got your report we will see what we can do"

yes because i never give attention to his name there was so much chat there from other players name not matter what matter is context of conversation i though you people got details of chats and stuff but strange you don't (and i am sure i know what i said neither i enforce him to look or spec cheater i said once in previous ending game (the horse conversation when he asked me)) . and i said lol on someone else comment one player was arguing with admin for that I said lol coz he stated something now if admin thought i said lol on his comments then what can i do mean you start assuming stuff that every thing is for you then its his issue .

Do you even understand WHY i repeatedly told people to report.... to take 1 min out their lives to report a potential hackers that THEY are complaining about instead of 15mins of chat saying he defo cheating, his score says it all (based on assumption and not actual FACTS) , admin not doing his job, shouldn't be in the job and he should respect others ect ect?

... after 3 hours previously of sitting in spectate mode watching 64 players, watching anyone mentioned in chat, so they DON'T get pre-warned by me obviously leaving a game and therefore turn hacks off.
