JRMBelgiumTwitch - Rules
Our priority is keeping our servers populated, cheat-free, and fun for everyone. Admins focus on catching hackers and stopping griefing, not policing immature jokes or casual trash-talk. We expect players to have thick skin; if someone’s language annoys you, hide the chat. For serious violations like doxing or extreme harassment, use the official developer reporting tools for global action. While we will still issue local bans for these severe offenses, we will not kick or ban players for minor insults; proof of continued, targeted harassment is required for admin intervention. If there is proof or significant doubt that toxic chat was baited or provoked, the reporting player will receive the same punishment as the player being reported. The rules below apply to our AMG servers, and by playing on our servers, you agree to abide by all of them.
Warning: VIPs risk losing their VIP slot after multiple rule violations since they are able to kick out other players when they rejoin.
-
1. Keep the Gameplay Fair and Fun for Everyone.
No cheating, hacking, glitching, scripts, or abusing unintended game mechanics (e.g., shooting with the AA rocket gun at infantry from distance or without direct sight, entering off-limits map areas, or bypassing game-play rules). Any players caught hacking or cheating will be immediately banned from all of our servers. We encourage players to spectate the suspected player before making any accusations. Report someone you suspect of cheating on our "Report players" page. or post a message on our "Report players" discord-channel. Avoid warning them with in-game chat at all times!
-
2. Be Respectful of Other Players and Admins.
Regardless of your age, we ask that you try and be mature and set a good example for gamers on our servers. We expect players to handle disputes privately. Casual banter is allowed, but relentless targeted harassment will result in a kick or ban. Reports are handled privately, and there is no point for the player that reports the offense to argue with an admin over the action taken. Admins may kick players who persist in spamming in-game chat with rule grievances instead of utilizing the official reporting methods provided by AMG.
-
3. English Only in Main or Team Chat & No Racism, Homophobia or relentless harassment
Squad chat is unrestricted, but Team and Global chat must be in English. Words in other languages are tolerated as long as they are commonly used in English media. We do not police profanity or trash-talk. However, any derogatory statements or hate speech directed at a specific race, sexual preferences, religion, or ethnic group, targeted slurs, or names referencing known criminals* will result in a 72-hour or permanent ban. Admins will ignore "toxicity" reports without proof of relentless harassment. If you light the fuse, don't complain about the explosion: T-bagging or other things like smiley-spamming is not bannable by default, but we will review the history and intention between players to identify those baiting reactions just to waste time of the AMG admins. Anyone caught provoking a toxic response to weaponize the rules will receive the same punishment as the person who ends up breaking them.
* We discourage using names of known criminals like Hitler, Stalin, etc... We ban players with these names and you will remain banned until you change your username. -
4. No Shooting Into or Out of the Spawn Zones (Home Bases) & Don't Camp with Behemoth.
Do not intentionally stay in your homebase to farm kills while avoiding counterplay (e.g. mortar trucks, mortar elite kits, snipers, tank hunters, prone LMGs). Players and vehicles are expected to help each other to move forward on the map. Shooting from or into spawn is only allowed when required by map design ( ex.: Achi baba flag A and E ), to escape spawn pressure ( one team trapped in homebase ), to return fire, or to counter enemy ground vehicles and aircrafts. Behemoths must advance past the first flag when possible and above ~30% HP. Fixed artillery and AA guns are always allowed, including those in home bases. Enforcement is based on intent and impact on balance, not exact positioning because players are not even able to see the homebase line after they spawn in to the map.
-
5. No Team Stacking.
Clans can play as a squad, but players from a clan should distribute themselves across teams if possible rather than having more than one squad on the same team. We appreciate that you like to play together with your friends, but please remember that we have to consider the experience of every player on our server. If needed, admins can and will move players from the same clan to the other team if the teams become unbalanced.
-
6. No High/Unstable Latency Gamers (Ping Limit = 210).
If your ping is either consistently unstable (and causes rubber-banding) or shoots above the threshold of 210 regularly, we may kick you to make room for players with a better network connection so that everyone on the server has a more enjoyable gaming experience.
Tip: Use a fixed connection when possible and avoid Wi-Fi and powerline solutions. Shut down software that is not needed to play.
-
7. No Win-Switching.
Even though we understand it's very frustrating to play in a team that doesn't work together, doesn't PTFO, and doesn't use vehicles to push, we feel that switching to the winning team in a losing match is not the right solution. We already have many AMG and community members that join the losing team when they join the server or swap to the losing team when they feel the game is unbalanced. If players start team-switching to the winning team, that's very disrespectful towards the players that do their best to balance, and also towards the other players in your team that do their best to win.
If you get caught team-switching, you can get swapped back by one of the admins. A second violation against this rule results in a kick from the server. If there is a difference between the teams of 150 tickets or more, or when all but one objective is captured, an admin can consider your swap as a switch for a win and that grants them the right to swap and/or kick you. Inform the admins of your reason to avoid this. If you join the server and switch to the other team to play with a friend within the first minutes of your session, we will not consider it as "win-switching." The rule only exists to improve balance on our servers, not to avoid team-play.

8. Don't Grief & Don't Sabotage Teammates or Abuse Game Features That Ruin Gameplay.
Don't destroy or vandalize other players' creations without permission in sandbox games like Minecraft and The Forest, collude with opponents, give false information, fake extreme incompetence with the intent of hurting teammates or failing an in-game objective. Don't deliberately block shots from a player's own team, or block a player's view by standing in front of them so they cannot damage the enemy. Don't trap players in inescapable locations by using physics props, special abilities, or teleportation, or impersonate an admin or other players through a similar screen name.
Don't spawn with vehicles over and over again in the same round if the only purpose is to abandon them, resulting in no teammates being able to actually play with vehicles as intended by the game developers. Do not stay idle in the deploy screen waiting for vehicles or horses. If you join the server, actively play as infantry until something becomes available after death instantly. Waiting in spawn-menu is considered idling and will lead to kick and eventually a ban if we catch you again the second time.
Guidelines for AMG Clan Members:
Try to set the example for other community players by following the rules at all times and try to balance games by swapping to the losing team if a game ends with more than 500 tickets difference or when the opposing team is playing with fewer players than your own team.
