I got banned randomly

so basically i was playing bf1, i had 50-60 kills or something with the shotgun and got "kicked" at least i thougt, the kick message said "cehater" yeah they couldn't even spell it correctly, then i tried joining again and the server said appeal to site.
The problem is i don't cheat, i was playing like always and they literally banned for no reason.
I dont even know what happened, I think some idiot in chat wrote "cheater" just because i had a lot of kills and the admins banned me. Is there a way i can get unbanned? All i got is the screenshot with the message i got when they kicked me.

If players or an admin already think your kills are suspicious ( they don't start spectating you for no reason ) and when they spectate you they see you using gasmask with ADS ( and you can actually see you putting it on and off at a later time ), it clearly looks like cheating. You have to understand that anyone can simply say "wtf, I didn't do that". Unless you have your own recorded footage that proves you didn't cheat, the ban remains.

You're lucky i don't record every game i play, your system is fucking broken, i was serious, i didnt have a gas mask I guess you switched your cam on me while you were looking someone else with gas mask, if you look ath that clip there even wasn't gas in that place so why would i have a gas mask on? Also look at my history of games, it's not like i have 50 kills each game, i have had this game for like 5 years, but well i don't know what to say to convince you, do what you want, i gues i just won't play your server anymore, thank you for banning me from the best bf there is.

After viewing the footage in slowmotion, we discovered a spectate bug that we have not seen before.
Your gassmask appears to be on, but we do hear your soldier coughing and taking 15 gass damage which indicates that you instantly put the gassmask on when you noticed the gass grenade.
But you couldn't be turning a mask on that you already had on. So...it seems that the spectate mode has some packet loss.

we see:
- You put gassmask on
- You ADS
- You take gass damage
- You take gassmask off

we believe that in reality this happened:
- You put gassmask on
- You put gassmask off
- You ADS
- You take gass damage and instantly take gassmask on
- You take gassmask off

Therefore we will remove the ban and offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
