Hes blatantly aimbotting. 144 ping and 60-14 isnt normal at all..

Apparently you have lashed out to an admin and called him a retard for "not fixing teams". After that, you were kicked and told to stop insulting people (or in this case, admins).
You could have just left it at that, but you rejoined and started calling AMG a facist clan. > 3 day ban
And once again, you could have dropped it, but instead you went on and started arguing with him in his twitch.
Since you don't want to actually be unbanned, I don't see the point of this ban appeal.

The game was unfair, something like 15 against 30 and I requested "fix the teams", directed at JRMBelgium. It was to this message he responded with a fake command to fix it and gave a very unnecessarily sarcastic response.
I have a problem with the fact that admins can do this and then as soon as anyone has a problem with how they act, immediatley kicked. It makes no sense that the admins are exempted from the rules they enforce. Keep the ban, but it's very unprofessional.
Other clans do not have this issue, and as such I have no intention of playing on your servers when admins are around. Suddenly, the chat becomes silent because people are fearful of being banned for something they say.
