Why i got banned in BF1

I got banned in BF1 i think, dunno why   i just asked people to join me in flag b and no one came and i said thanks in chat so can u pls unban me or give me more information why this happened thanks. I like playing on your servers because the rules are great

If you didn't mean to harm anyone with it, then why type it in all caps. We dont tolerate such behavior so your ban stays.

my caps lock goes on sometimes when i play, it very close to my buttons

a bit harsh for only 2 words quickly shown in game chat, theres not many servers left and i want to keep the game alive

But that still doesn't give you the right to say "fuck Jews" in our server rules it states, "Regardless of your age, we ask that you try and be mature and set a good example for gamers on our servers. Targeted abuse towards another player will not be tolerated and may result in you being kicked from the server. Challenging AMG and its admins can also result in you being kicked from the server."
