damn, ig my account got stoled by obtaining the RAT-virus recently. there is no chance of getting my account unblocked from a ban?

There is no chance for this account to be unbanned!
If we catch an account cheating, the ban is permanent!
Also, take that as a lesson. You cheat you get caught and you are banned EVERY time, sooner all later.
Otherwise, enable 2FA so you don't get your account "stolen", which in all honesty, noone believes.
Trying cheats and disrespecting people that want to play a game to have fun, ruining their experience will always be punished.
