I got banned for alleged cheating.

I have been banned on the 1st of January for alleged cheating. I've played on the server on and off since 2020 and I have been accused of cheating before. In 2021, an admin said that I am legit (see 1st pic). Now, I have been banned for "unallowed aim assistance". I wrote about this in the "report-players" tab on discord. Now, I was provided two videos as proof evidence that I am cheating (not sure if there is more) and I offered the admins to join a voice chat channel to talk about this and to give myself a chance to explain the videos, but none of them wanted to talk to me. 2nd attachment is the first video proof that was provided. I will try my best to explain these two videos in text. In the first video, you can see me ads-ing and looking for players, the first guy I killed (0:07) was already spotted and I was FACING his direction, hence an easy shot. The 2nd guy, you can see me from the 4 second to 6 second mark always flicking to the left, as I expect people to be there. After killing the first guy, I simply looked left and got a lucky 100 hit on him. Now, me flicking around and appearing with hyper movement is normal gameplay for me. This is my playstyle and this is how I've always played and will always play. (see 1st video in comments)

The first two guys were easy targets, as both are in the open and one is even prone. At 0:05 you can see me flicking from the far assault player to the closer support player and instantly firing. Again, me flicking my mouse and being hyper is part of my playstyle, even if I don't see the support player, to me he appeared to be incredibly close and I took a blind shot. Not getting a hitreg gave me the info that he is behind something and can't see me, so I just leave him alone. At 0:06 the only things on my screen are the spots for the support player that I just tried shooting, and the medic from the first second of the game. I ads the medic out of pure instinct (since the support player is in cover) but he was still hiding behind the hay pile. At 0:07 I move to kill the assault. I completely whiff the shot although he was behind a wall as well. If you pause at 0:07, you see me ads-ing the assault AND at the same time you can see the sniper scope of the scout behind the tree, again, I saw the scout because of his sniper scope, I know that he was not spotted. I tag him, and since he didn't move, it was an easy kill. Now, at 0:18 I took a blind shot through the gate. No one was spotted, it was simply a blind shot as I saw a lot of people on the minimap in that direction, an enemy came out the gate after my shot, if I was walling, I could've waited less than half a second to at least tag that guy. I was told on the discord channel that at the end of the video, I lock onto a guy behind a wall and not spotted. (see 2nd pic) Again, I move around and flick a lot, I have absolutely no idea which person in the video I am "locking" on, this is NORMAL mouse movement for me, but I would say that because my mouse movement seems hyper, it give the allusion of it "locking" onto targets. I simply die at the end from a guy behind.

I tried to explain the "evidence" the best I could in text. There's a whole conversation I tried having with the admins on 'report-players' channels but it got nowhere. You can still see the whole conversation on Discord. I am not cheating, I would never cheat in a game that doesn't even have a competitive ladder system. I consider my ban to be unfair and unjust. My playstyle is something that I've developed over thousands of hours of FPS's as well as 10+ years of playing FPS games. If you keep spectating me, you will see that I always move like this, I flick a lot and appear hyper. I want to keep playing on this server as I think it's the best server in Europe. I am still willing to discuss my ban and any other video proofs that the admins may have in a voice chat, as it makes it 10 times more easier for me to explain myself and I won't have to write novels anymore

There is also a whole 15 minute recording of my gameplay from a couple of days ago on Argonne Forest where I dropped 100 frags. I can definitely see this as being suspicious, however this game was not even brought on the conversation we had on discord. That game was probably the best game I've ever had and definitely the most kills game I've had. The map is extremely close quarters and it is not difficult to get kills on it, I happen to have a good day and hitting all my shots. At the end of a game, I always end in the top5 overall most kills in the game (not score), and in close quarter maps, such as Argonne, Fort and such, I can end up with 45+ kills. But as I said, the 100 kills game on Argonne happened to be a good day where the stars aligned and I went above and beyond hitting all my shots. If we ever decide to talk in a voice chat, I am willing to discuss this game as well. Also, an admin commented on the 15 minutes video literally MAX 1 minute after the video was uploaded (didn't even bother to watch the whole thing and video was still in 360p) claiming that my aim jumps through walls, I just can't help it but feel that in a way this ban was targeted (see 3rd pic).  And again, the whole conversation I had with the admins is up on Discord as well, I tried explaining some stuff there as well and I think it's worth to take a look. After gathering more videos, we came to the conclusion that your gameplay seems not to be archivable without cheating.

But your decision is literally wrong. Like I'm sorry to say this I don't mean to come out as rude or anything, but it is wrong. I am not cheating and I've never cheated in any games. I'm a very experienced FPS player. I have probably over 1000 hours in CS 1.6, another 3.5k hours in CSGO, about 700 in Apex, 500 in PUBG and like 350 in Tarkov, these are all on my steam. I've participated in multiple CS competitions, both online and LAN, most recently I've won a 1v1 tourney probably like 8 months ago in CSGO. In addition to these hours, I probably have
way more hours watching people play these games. When you play these types of games and watch these games so much, you start to learn and pick up on certain things - aiming, positions, crosshair placement, decision making, tracking and so on.
Compared to these games, Battlefield in literally an easy game. You don't need a lot to play this game, I turn my brain off whenever I'm in the server and go wherever there are most people and shoot my gun at anything that moves. I really don't mean to flex or anything, but it's literally not a hard game to play. Having people actually watching me playing the game I consider to be the best way to prove that I'm clean, because everything that I say  won't change anything. At least give me a chance. It feels like I'm being send to the gulag without any parole.

After a thorough and extensive review process, it has been determined that the ban will stand. The final vote was unanimous among all admins who reviewed the footage, and the case is now closed.
