Why do you think you got banned?
 I might have written something rude in the chat after a round but I can get emotional sometimes and I did it only in my language, so foreigners will not understand, only people from my country. It was not very rude, I have seen worse messages about family members, skin color and sexual orientations.  
 I don't know why else I got banned. Playing badly? I am still learning.
 I am not even talking about cheats. Never used it. If I was blocked because someone decided that I was cheating then It is wrong.
 May be I broke some of your rules and didn't know about it? How and which rule?
 I would like to know why I was banned? May be a video or screenshot?
 I am sorry anyway, what else can I say.
Do you have anything else to add?
 I like BF 1 and want to play it on your servers too.

 Ok, thank you clarification. Now I remember. I was very upset with this player camping in the tower on Volga river map. I couldn't control myself in that moment. I didn't know that admins understand that word. Ok, 72 Hrs, I get it.
