No VIP

My friend and I donated over a week ago but we still didn't manage to join the sever with VIP.
Are we doing something wrong or did we forget something?

Added both as VIPs, might take a while for the server to update the VIP list but you're there

If tomorrow you VIP is still not working be sure to write another post since that would mean it's a battlefield issue
