ye i guess i was just trying to i dont know be stupid you know just didnt think i would get insta banned just a kick but yeah i understand my fault wont do it again was just playing around with the system im new to bf1 my mind sayd i would get kicked and not banned wont happen again

I would like to clarify the situation regarding my ban.
I have three keyboard languages enabled, and while playing, the layout sometimes switches (Ctrl+Shift) without me noticing.
I attempted to type "Hardest – to get ammo" in the chat, but due to the wrong keyboard layout being active (and since I do not use touch typing), the text appeared as "Рфквуые - ещ пуе фььщ," which is just meaningless text.
I immediately realized the mistake, wrote "oops," and switched to the correct layout.
This was not an attempt to use another language or bypass any rules—it was simply a typing error caused by the keyboard layout switch.
I would appreciate it if you could review this situation, as the ban seems to have been applied too strictly in this case.
