Could I have the reason for this ban?

How can we proceed if I tell you that I was hacked a few months ago?

I still have the emails/conversation exchanged with Electronic Arts dating from march if u want.
So I guess the "hacker" just used third party software. I never use this on your servers.

Could I have the date of statement of these statistics? 'Cause I haven't launched Battlefield V since march 2023.

Unfortunately if an account has been hacked on it must remain banned, so we sadly can't unban you...
you can make a fresh account and play again but atm that account will have to stay banned cuz it has been cheated on

I completely understand but in this case why ban me on your Battlefield 1 servers and not on your Battlefield V servers?

Because I mainly play Battefield 1 ...

cheat stats are cheat stats doesnt matter what game your playing. IF this account has cheated on bfv then would also cheat on bf1. As estorko said just make new account to play on our servers. this account will remain banned.
