unban request

Hello to one of the AMG admins,

I was playing on your #2 BF1 server (CQ all maps) and I got banned. My ingame name is MALUStje and when I was playing I got banned (I literally only snipe in this game but I don't know if there was any suspicion on that).
I checked on the bfban website as you guys suggested and can't find my name their (half an hour after the ban). So I would like to appeal for an unban since its one of the only good servers out there and I wanna know why and what happened.

What did the ban message say?
I am not familiar with your ban, but did you shoot out of the red zone (spawn)? Or did you use the chat to insult someone?
