The Zhuz123 account has been frequently reported by community members for using wallhack or DMG in the past 3-4 months. We know you are not using cheats, and you probably live in China or East Asia and may be using things like VPN or ping accelerators. We understand your situation quite well. Due to cheating issues in Asia and some absurd rules, you have to play on European servers, but please remember that we also have a large player community, and it's our responsibility to protect it. After discussions and a majority decision among the admins, you have been banned.

We didn't know that the Raging_xM account was being used by you, and an admin banned you without evidence. If we had known that it was not used by you, we would have reviewed the situation and lifted the ban, but since it was used by you, you will most likely remain banned (although there may still be a chance for further evaluation on this matter).

It would be better for us if you play on other servers. Many servers do not monitor such situations, so playing on other servers might be a better option. However, if you come back with a new account, you will most likely be banned again.
