Hey Chazaq.  I have just checked and it was in the list as cmndrChazaq.
Battlefield 1 stats site shows you as CmndrChazaq so I have added you to both servers as CmndrChazaq.
I assume the case matters,  However, it might take a little while to come through for you.

Chazaq, your VIP privileges should have kicked in by now.  Can you confirm that you aren't waiting in the queue now?
