Title: upgrading router
Post by: afurryhedgehog on 30 Oct 2018 20:52
Hi guys,

I have just got a new router, and I am struggling to get it connected to the sky fibre network.  It keeps saying "yout ISP's DCHC does not function correctly".

I can connect with the default sky Q router but not with my new Asus one.  I have spent the last 2.5 hour trying to get it to work

Can anyone help, before I send it back?

There is like so much possibilities for a malfunction of the connection to your ISP's DHCP* That I can only recommend you to try everything you can find on google, specify your brand and serial of your router for your research, fix specific to it may be available
