A long time has passed since I was banned. It is certainly possible that I made a mistake; if I did, then what I did was wrong—I acknowledge that.

It's been a long time since your ban, and under our updated ban policy, we've decided to give you another chance. Your ban has been lifted, but keep in mind that racist language and slurs are not tolerated on our server. Any further incidents could result in another ban, so try not to waste this opportunity. Describing your language as simply "profanity" is quite an understatement. The use of racist and homophobic slurs goes far beyond ordinary profanity and is completely unacceptable on our servers. We appreciate your apology and like you said, it has been many years since you got banned.
We’ve finished reviewing your appeal about the suspension/ban on your account. After looking over everything and considering our rules, we’ve decided to lift the suspension and give you another chance. We’re glad you want to keep playing on our servers and appreciate you being part of our community.
That said, keeping the game fun and fair for everyone is really important to us. We take cheating and misconduct seriously, so please make sure to follow our rules from now on. If there are any more issues, we might have to take stronger actions, like a permanent ban without an option to appeal.
