I flamed a moderator for not doing stuff when people were breaking rules

We were getting baseraped during the whole game, ended like 1000 tickets to 200. Admin said he refused to do anything because then he would have to kick everyone on enemy team. Which is a weird moral standpoint - that if everyone does something against the rules, then its okay.
