upgrading router
« on: October 30, 2018, 08:52:51 PM »
Hi guys,

I have just got a new router, and I am struggling to get it connected to the sky fibre network.  It keeps saying "yout ISP's DCHC does not function correctly".

I can connect with the default sky Q router but not with my new Asus one.  I have spent the last 2.5 hour trying to get it to work

Can anyone help, before I send it back?

Sorry not able to help on this one mate. Have you tried looking thru the manual for the new router for any tips?

There is like so much possibilities for a malfunction of the connection to your ISP's DHCP* That I can only recommend you to try everything you can find on google, specify your brand and serial of your router for your research, fix specific to it may be available
