Why do you think you got banned?
No idea! I used 'wtf' in the chat at the start of a match if that would do it? But otherwise said nothing and was banned near the end of the game... Been playing on this server a lot recently and not had any issues!
Do you have anything else to add?
No, would like to understand the reason for the ban or if the server has just glitched and kicked me! Thanks

I'm afraid I cannot. I've not gamed for a few years and got back into BF1 recently and have been playing it most evenings in the week. I mainly play with that sniper loadout, but truly can't explain the stats as they make me seem better than I thought I was!   I've never cheated nor would even know how too lol. If there is any way I can prove that to you I'm happy to assist? Thanks

We have discussed your situation and came to the conclusion that you or someone else on your account has cheated previously.

Unfortunately, we are not going to lift the ban at this point.

Some of the stats are a dead giveaway of illicit gameplay in the past, and dealing with them would just lead us into this conversation in the future.

Also the fact that you didnt even try to explain them, is just concerning. For example, you dont seem to have played hardcore servers, wich would explain some of the low KPM.

Hi,

Nobody else should ever have had access to my account so I can certainly write that off! I don't really understand all this at all. I don't play hardcore servers as I don't enjoy not having the overlay or knowing when you've hit someone, only played one recently for the first time by accident and did not enjoy it so have purposely kept clear, I have mainly been using this server as its English has a low ping for me and has all the maps. I am by no means a serious gamer, nor did I think I was particularly good at this game lol, but clearly that isn't the case if I am getting banned for having stats that presume this. I don't really understand the suspicious stats, is it the head shot figures that are the main issue as 2 kills per match doesn't seem high to me? If you're able to I'd ask you to please review my footage in game as I believe these stats are honestly just luck and you'll see i'm an average player! There must be thousands of players on this server with significantly higher stats regarding kills per match etc I see some players top of the leaderboards with 30+ kills and no deaths, so confused how my stats can get me banned if it's just good play/luck? And as far as I am aware I've never been reported for suspected cheating? In the last few games I've played my deaths have been high compared to kills. If I was somehow cheating I wouldn't be doing a very good job or it lol. Again, if there is anything I can provide to prove this I'm happy to help, kind of a bummer to get back into a game for the first time in years, find a good low ping server I enjoy playing on and then get accused of cheating when I never have in my life!

The main reasons for us to belive you have cheated in the past are the stats, and after pondering and voting about this topic, we have a final decision that you will not be unbanned.


What you can do, is play on other community servers, and we can think about reapplying for unban in the future.

Hello @LewisW73 unfortunately we can't really unban you. The stats are too obvious to ignore. Regardless of whether you yourself cheated on that account or someone else did, the stats are too much. Now what you can do is play specifically with all those guns that have the high stats on them and then request a ban appeal. Only when those stats are gone, I'm afraid, is when we can confidently unban you.
