I have yet to be unbanned despite being told I would.

At the start of last week I was told I would have to wait for the Saturday that passed this weekend to be unbanned due to my offenses. But I have yet to be unbanned and I am unable to use ANY AMG server. Can I just ask for support on the issue?

Our apologies. The admin that banned you didn't do it correctly. Normally the ban gets lifted automatically. In this case I just removed it manually.
