I was banned a few days ago. I have no idea why.

A few days ago, after reporting a player for making chat uncomfortrable in AMG 2, I logged on the next day and was banned, I looked in the Report players and there was one message replying to that guy's.
He said something about a Monkey and I replied with I would probably be the monkey, out of frame of the Chat, was later on me saying, because I'm African, and was attempting to make a joke.
So the 2 goals of this appeal is to ask for an unban so I may play again on your servers, and to find the duration on my ban if it isn't permanent.

You'll remain tmp banned till the 3rd of February for being toxic and for that African comment.
That will be a 1 week ban for being toxic and racist comment. Next time we won't be so lenient. If u wish to continue play on AMG servers then you abide by our rules and stop acting like a child.
Next ban will be Perma.
