Ok, you need to launch BFV. Go the platoon and click "represent platoon" in that game.
Then just joine one BFV game, when you see the tags working on the scoreboard, you can uninstall BFV ( lol ) and then the clantag should work in BF1.
If you click on "represent platoon" in BF1, the clantags won't work. It's a bug.
