Rule 3 states: "English Only in Main or Team Chat & No Racism, Homophobia, or Personal Insults."
I have indeed made some rather questionable comments regarding other players, however I was sure this rule is not being enforced since the ENTIRE chat was in turkish language only for multiple games, prior to my conversation with others about behaviour of turkish players in the chat. Therefore I believe I was indeed treater unfairly as I was the only one punished amongst multiple other players not complying with rule No.3 (being racially profiled by turkish players as well)

Seeing others break server rules isn't an indicator that you should do the same thing.
