I suspected that you were someone that waits for vehicles because I basically only encountered you in vehicles.
So I monitored the scoreboard when you died and I got my confirmation.
You can't just wait idle until a vehicle comes a long that you like to play with.
Don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with spawning in vehicles multiple times per game, you just can't refuse to play unless you get one.
I will unban you. First and final warning though.
